碱-矿渣水泥缓凝剂的研究

摘    要:根据碱-矿渣水泥的水化机理,研制出HN-1和HN-2型碱-矿渣水泥缓凝刺,本文主要介绍HN-1和HN-2这两种缓凝剂不同掺量对碱-矿渣水泥凝结时间和强度的影响。试验结果表明.HN—1和HN-2这两种缓凝剂可以有效延长碱-矿渣水泥的凝结时间,而且碱-矿渣水泥的净浆抗压强度和胶砂抗折强度、抗压强度与未加缓凝剂相比在低掺量时有所提高,在高掺量时有-定程度的下降。

Abstract:HN-1 and HN-2 alkali slag cement retarder is developed based on hydration mechanism of alkali slag cement. The effect of different addition on setting time and strength is explained by the author. Testing results show that HN-1 and HN-2 can extent the setting time of alkali slag cement. When adding less retarder in the cement, the compressed strength of paste and bending strength of mortar can be improved than without adding retarder. But the compressed strength will be reduced if adding more retarder.
