冲击减振器减振机理的研究

摘    要:本文用简单可靠的数值仿真方法对冲击减振器进行了全面研究。研究结果表明:冲击减振器在其主系统的固有频率附近有很强的减振能力,因而特别适用于抑制机床颤振。冲击块与主质量之间的摩擦是冲击减振器的不利因素。碰撞消耗能量也不是冲击减振器减振的主要原因。 实验和数值仿真的结论相符。

Abstract:A simple and reliable numerical method was used to investigate the performance of impact damper in detail. Large amounts of calculating results support substantially our following views: The impact damper can greatly reduce the main system's vibration when the exciting frequency is near the natural frequency, and it is specially useful to restrain the friction between the free mass and the main mass is a disadvantageous factor for the impact damper. The hypothesis that the response of main mass displacement has the same period of harmonic excitign force taken by some previous scholars seems unreasonable, although it's necessary in simplifying the treatment of problem. The results of the investigation have shown that the peak value of main mass's displacement varies under harmonic excitation. The dissipation of energy due to the impact isn't the dominant factor in the process. All the relevant factors such as free mass ratio, gap ratio, etc, have complex effect on the perforrmance of an impact damper.Experiments were made, and both the results of experiments and numerical simulations coincide closely.
