摘    要:针对不同线径的热电偶丝进行试验研究,分析并给出了影响表面温度准确测量的主要因素,分析了基于测量端形状不同的热电偶用于表面温度测量情况下,粘贴材料的粘贴性能、粘贴方式对测量结果的影响。进而解决了导弹产品在各种测试环境条件下的表面温度测试问题,提高了导弹产品表面温度测试数据的准确性和置信度。

Abstract:Thermocouples of different-diameter are tested and researched,the main factors that influence the precise measurement of surface temperature are analyzed and given.The effects of the sticking performance and sticking manner of plasters on test results are studied based on thermocouples of measurement terminals of different shapes.Thereby,the problems of surface temperature measurement on missile products are resolved in different measurement environment conditions,and the accuracy and confidence of temperature measurement data on missile surface are improved.
