城市规划管理与法规的案例教学研究与实践

《城市规划管理与法规》是全国城市规划学科专业指导委员会制定的《城市规划专业本科教育培养目标》的专业核心课程,城市规划管理与法规课程相对比较理性、抽象,在教学中学生兴趣并不高,存在一定程度的缺课现象,城市规划管理与法规的教学改革与研究迫在眉睫。该文在教学研究中,提出教师主导,学生主体;抽象条例,直观案例;讲授知识,启发能力的教学理念,以案例教学为主要授课方法,过程分为讲授、讨论、问答、评论,寓规划管理于规划实践中,寓规划法规于规划设计中。

Case Instruction Research and Practice on Management and Legislation of Urban Planning

Management and Legislation of Urban Planning is a core specialty course illustrated in Education Scheme for Undergraduates of Urban Planning,which is constituted by the Steering Committee for Teaching of Urban Planning Studies in Institutions of Higher Learning.Nowadays,most of Chinese Urban Planning Institutions are based on traditional architectural education,which emphasizes on the fostering of design ability.Consequently,students prefer to be enrolled in courses that discuss visual,material,and spatial forms.Comparatively,the course of Management and Legislation of Urban Planning is more rational and abstract.According to former teaching experience,Students have shown inadequate interest in learning,even leading to absence in class.Thus,innovation and research of teaching are pressing.In our teaching and researches,we bring forward the teaching idea that emphasizes teachers＇ guiding role as well as students＇ participating role,abstract regulations as well as perpetual cases,instruction of knowledge as well as enlightenment of learning ability.We consider case instruction the principal teaching method,and the teaching process is split into instruction,discussion,interlocution,and comment.By innovative teaching,management and regulation of urban planning are successfully carried out in urban planning practice and design.
