| Abstract: | The decision to enhance the party's administration ability,which have been proposed during the Fourth Plenary Session of the Party's Sixteenth Central committee,is of guiding significance in the party's work among college students.College students constitute a major source of the Party's leading cadres,therefore,the Party's work among college students is to serve as a fundamental project in enhancing the Party's administration ability. |
