摘 要: | 为了保证超声强化制备精细水煤浆先进工艺的良好效果,研究了精细水煤浆制备过程测控技术,开发了基于嵌入式计算机技术的硬件设备和嵌入式系统与虚拟仪器组成的测控系统,该系统能够经过自学习优化生产工艺参数,按照优化目标实时自动控制水煤浆超声制备过程。

Process Control Technology of Ultra-clean Micro-size Coal Water Slurry Preparation Based on Embedded System |

Abstract: | According to guarantee the advanced techniques fine effect of ultra-clean micro-size coal water slurry (CWS) preparation by ultrasonic intensify treatment, the measure & control technology of CWS preparation process is studied. The hardware equipment based on embedded computing and the measure & control system composed of embedded system and virtual instrument were developed. This system can optimize production process parameter by self-study and realize CWS ultrasonic preparation automation according to optimization aim. |
