纳米级微生物细胞破碎机研制及应用

摘    要:介绍了纳米级微生物细胞破碎机发明过程中的模型机研制和数学模型建立,从实验室使用模型杌获得各种工业微生物细胞破碎基础数据,建立数学模型,放大生产四种生产型机器,及其在工业生产中应用。并提出1700kg/cm^2至3400kg/cm^2超高压力水分子流,水分子在压力环境中的冲力,破碎切割微生物细胞至纳米级的理论,在此环境中的超高压力、机械剪切力、超声波起了协助破碎的作用。

Abstract:This paper introduced the manufacture of model machine and the foundation of mathematics model of nanometer grade microorganism cell crushing machine in its invention process. Foundation data of every kind of industry microorganism cell crushing was obtained, mathematics model was established, the machine of four kinds of production types were enlarged to produce. The theory that extra high voltage stream of water molecule from 1700kg/cm^2 to 3400 kg/cm^2 and impulsive force of water numerator in pressure condition crash and incise microorganism ceil to nanometer grade was brung up. Here extra high voltage and machine shear to slice the dint and ultrasonic has the help broken up of function.
