| 摘 要： | 结合钢铁工业在降耗，节能，环保等方面的要求，分析了世界废钢和中国废钢的资源分布情况，对未来10－15年废钢资源形成及需求进行了预测，建立了废钢的产业地位：废钢是钢铁工业可持续发展的重要资源，特别是电炉炼钢重要的，必不可少的原料。
