| Abstract: | In this paper, we summarized the recent worldwide achievement on the researches of sweet potato dietary fiber (SPDF), including the significance of the exploitation of SPDF and its physiological function on human health. Meanwhile, we introduced some main methods of SPDF extraction on purpose to give technique guidance in the industrialization of SPDF produce. |
