| 摘 要： | 用m（大豆油）∶m（蓖麻油）=96∶4的植物油代替配方中三分之二的改性硅油,并以卵磷脂为油脂稳定剂,使用复合乳化剂进行乳化,制备出一种用于制浆黑液的消泡剂,其最佳比例为m（植物油）∶m（改性硅油）∶m（白炭黑）∶m（卵磷脂）∶m（乳化剂）=16∶8∶1.4∶0.8∶0.8;该消泡剂消泡、抑泡性能良好,并降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | A defoamer used for defoaming of black liquors was prepared by substituting soybean oil and castor oil at a ratio of 96 ： 4 for 2/3 of modified silicone oil as well as using lecithin as stabilizer. The optimum ratio of vegetable oil, modified silicone oil, hydrophobie silica, lecithin and emulsifying agent was 16 ： 8 ： 1.4 ： 0. 8 ： 0. 8.The defoamer lowered production cost and was well-perforlned in anti-foaming and defoalning. |
