造纸用消泡剂的制备与性能评价

摘    要:用m(大豆油)∶m(蓖麻油)=96∶4的植物油代替配方中三分之二的改性硅油,并以卵磷脂为油脂稳定剂,使用复合乳化剂进行乳化,制备出一种用于制浆黑液的消泡剂,其最佳比例为m(植物油)∶m(改性硅油)∶m(白炭黑)∶m(卵磷脂)∶m(乳化剂)=16∶8∶1.4∶0.8∶0.8;该消泡剂消泡、抑泡性能良好,并降低了生产成本。

Abstract:A defoamer used for defoaming of black liquors was prepared by substituting soybean oil and castor oil at a ratio of 96 : 4 for 2/3 of modified silicone oil as well as using lecithin as stabilizer. The optimum ratio of vegetable oil, modified silicone oil, hydrophobie silica, lecithin and emulsifying agent was 16 : 8 : 1.4 : 0. 8 : 0. 8.The defoamer lowered production cost and was well-perforlned in anti-foaming and defoalning.
