摘    要:以优化燃烧过程、改善排放性能为目标,对某重型柴油机进行改进。将原机所配机械直列喷油泵升级为电控单体泵。应用气相喷注模型,对喷嘴流量和锥角进行了预选。通过试验对其他参数进行了优化标定,确定了优化方案。试验表明,该优化方案的排放性能满足国Ⅲ标准,达到了预定目标。

Abstract:Improvement was carried out on a model of heavy duty diesel engine to optimize combustion process and emissions.Its original mechanical in-line fuel injection pump was improved into EUP.Using gaseous phase spout model to realize preselection of nozzel flow and angle.Through tests,other parameters are optimized and calibrated,and the optimization program is determined.Experiments results show that this optimization program can satisfy national standard Ⅲ and reach the predetermined target.
