摘    要:针对冀东油田地下水位高、废钻井液中矿化度高的特点.开发出了一种新型废钻井液固化技术。该技术通过在废钻井液中均匀加入特制固化剂,使其迅速破乳、稠化而胶凝.最后生成以钙矾石、盐以及水化硅酸钙凝胶为主的具有一定抗压强度的固体团块,回收用以建设井场.以达到控制污染物,保护环境之目的。废钻井液固化体5d抗压强度不小于1.0MPa.浸泡48h后强度不降低;浸出液水质达到国家综合污水二级排放标准;固化物初凝时间短.初凝4h后人可行走;有一定的抗盐性.Cl-含量可达6000mg/L。截至2002年底.冀东油田已对近100口井的废钻井液进行了固化处理,治理废钻井液达到3万多立方米.增加井场有效使用面积20000m2.既保护了油田生态环境,改善了工农关系,也节约了投资,具有很高的经济效益和环境效益。该项技术特别适合在滩海油田中应用。

Abstract:A novel technology for treating waste drilling fluid has been developed to treat high salinity waste drilling fluid in Jidong oilfield where high level of subsurface water exists. By adding a special solidifying agent uniformly into waste drilling fluid to make it rapidly demulsify, density and gelatify, the mud becomes finally solid cake which has certain compressive strength. The solid cake in which main components are ettringite, salt and hydrated calcium silium can be recovered to flatten the site. Thus, the objects of controlling contaminate and protecting environment can be reached. The solid cake also has the following characteristics; compressive strength is not less than 1. 0 MPa after cementing for 5 days and will not drop off after soaking for 48 hours; leaching water quality reaches the second class of sewage discharge permission by GB; short initial set time; proper salt resistancei Cl- content reach to 6 000 mg/L. By the end of 2002, about 100 wells have been treated in Jidong oilfield, the treated waste drilling fluid approach 30 000 m3 and available well site area increase to 20 000 m2. The technology is very useful in tidal zone and shallow water area with high economic benefit and social value.
