微细电解加工脉冲电源的研制

摘    要:基于微细电解加工的特点,研制了一套高频、窄脉宽脉冲电源。该脉冲电源能大幅度减小加工间隙,从而使工件获得较好的形状精度和尺寸精度,并提高了加工更小尺寸工件的能力。详细介绍了脉冲电源的硬件结构和工作原理。通过该电源进行的加工实验,取得了很好的工艺效果。

Abstract:Electrolytic micromachining possesses many special advantages and materials are removed through ions transferring based on the anodic dissolution mechanism during electrolytic machining. Consequently it should be a promising micromachining technique in the future. By application of pulse power supply, the machining gap can be decreased greatly, and thus the high shape accuracy and dimensional accuracy can be achieved. The high frequency short pulse power supply is a key technology for electrolytic micromachining. In this paper, based on the characteristics of electrolytic micromachining, a high frequency short pulse power supply for electrolytic micromachining has been developed successfully. The hardness makeup and the principle of work of pulse power supply are introduced in detail. At last, through machining experiments, the satisfactory process results are obtained.
