| Abstract: | At first, the basic technological character of real-time database and the technology of dynamic database is analysed, and the time-relation character of the information in the scientific research and the experiment mission of the national defense are discussed. Then, a dynamic information record system for the scientific research and the experiment mission of the national defense is put forward which is based on dynamic database technology. At last, the technology and policy related is discussed. |
