高速高精密机床主轴部件动态三目标优化建模

摘    要:建立了适合高速、高精密机床主轴部件的三目标优化数学模型.模型的优化目标为主轴部件总质量、静刚度和固有频率,它们可全面反映主轴部件的静、动态性能指标和经济指标.同时,用极小—极大法对机床主轴部件进行了动态多目标优化.

Abstract:An optimal mathematical model with three-objective for the spindle part of the high speed and high precision machine tool was constructed.The optimal objectives of the model are total weight,static stiffness and natural frequency of the spindle,which can reflect entirely static,dynamic and economic performance indicators of spindle part.Dynamic multi-objective optimization was conducted for the spindle of machine tool based on min-max method.
