摘    要:研究了一种利用电涡流传感器和PCI-9118DG数据采集卡测量转速的方法。该方法利用电涡流传感器测量转子测速圆盘上均匀分布小孔产生的周期信号,再对测量信号进行Bunerworth低通滤波处理,然后进行0、1转换,得到一系列脉冲信号,便于对信号周期数进行计数。由于采样时间可通过采样频率和采样点数计算得到,因而可根据这一时间间隔内信号的周期数来计算转速。中文详细论述了该方法的硬件组成、测量原理和软件实现,分析了该方法的误差来源以及相应的改进措施,在小型转子试验台的测量结果表明,该方法在测量平稳转速时,准确度高,简单实用。

Abstract:A method of measuring rotational speed using eddy current transducer and PCI - 9118DG data acquiring card is introduced in this paper. The periodic signal, which is produced by the evenly distributed holes in the speed disc, is acquired firstly with an eddy current transducer. The periods number of the signal can be easily worked out, when the signal is filtered with a low pass But-terworth filter and transformed to a series of pulse signal with 0-1 transformations. The sampling time is calculated with the sampling frequency and the number of samples. Then the rotational speed is obtained according to the periods number and sampling time. The measuring principle, composing of hardware and software reality are described in detail. The cause of the method's error is analyzed and some measures to reduce the error are also discussed. An experiment on the mini-multifuctional rotor test - bed shows that this method is simple and precious enough to measure steady rotational speed.
