摘    要:研究了不同影响因素下活性污泥微波热解残余半焦吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学.结果表明:吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型,延长微波作用时间和升高热解温度有利于提高污泥半焦的吸附能力.当热解时间从5 min增加到15 min,吸附速率常数从4.2×10-4提高到5.24×10-4 g/(mg.min),而当热解温度从437℃升高到603℃,吸附速率常数从1.05×10-4提高到5.24×10-4g/(mg.min).此外,亚甲基蓝的吸附活化能为6.30 kJ/mol,说明吸附过程主要为物理吸附.

Abstract:The adsorption kinetics of methylene blue on residue char of activated sludge from microwave-assisted pyrolysis at different conditions is studied.The results show that the adsorption of methylene blue fits the pseudo second-order kinetics model.The adsorption capacity of the sludge char is increased with prolonging pyrolysis holding time and increasing temperature.The rate constant increases from 4.2×10-4 to 5.24×10-4g/(mg·min) when the holding time varies from 5 to 15 minutes,and it increases from 1.05×10-4 to 5.24×10-4g/(mg·min) when the temperature increases from 437 to 603℃.The adsorption activation energy of sludge char is 6.30kJ/mol,which indicates that the process is a physical adsorption.
