| Abstract: | The paper introduces the packet captured by the Windows hyper terminal program on the fault points of the layer 3 switch.The hexadecimal data of the captured packet can be modified and stored as files with the extension name of.txt.With the program text2pcap.exe affiliated to the Ethereal,the files of.txt can be transformed to be files of libpcap.By analyzing the captured packet with the Ethereal tool,the cause of the failure shall be detected and the solution to the failure shall be suggested. |
