摘    要:利用XRD分析了影响SiCp/Al系统界面反应的因素,得出以下结论:铝合金中Si,Mg元素越多界面反应越小;温度越高时间越长,界面反应越大.进一步从热力学的角度对界面反应进行了计算和分析,得到用XRD相同的结果.

Abstract:The factors that affected interfacial reactions of SiCp/Al system were analyzed by XRD in this paper. The conclutions were drawn that with the increase of the elements of Mg and Si in the Al alloy,the interfacial reactions will lower; but they will higher with the increase of temperature and time. More calculations and analyses of the interfacial reactions were made on the base of thermodynamics and the same results as that of XRD were got
