齿轮模糊可靠度计算

摘    要:根据齿轮传动设计和模糊数学相关理论,分析并提出了轮齿的极限磨损量和齿轮磨损过程及影响因素的模糊性,结合可靠性设计,给出了齿轮模糊可靠度的计算方法,并对那些有可靠性要求和重要的齿轮传动进行必要的工作寿命和可靠性的计算和校核.该方法可用于齿轮传动的设计、使用和检验.

Abstract:Based on theory of gear drives design and fuzzy mathematics, the fuzziness during the wearing process on gear and the influencing factors, and with the combination of reliability design method, were analyzed and put forward in the paper. The fuzzy reliability calculation method was given for the limit wearing capacity in gear driving, which calculation and verification can be carried out for service life and reliability of important transmission or transmission with reliability requirements. This method can be applied to gear drives design, detection and application.
