摘    要:从SBR系统启动期驯化污泥中筛选得到聚磷效果较好的4株功能菌株Q16、Q19、Q191、Q192.找到一种分离聚磷菌效果较佳的方法——稀释混合法.通过形态特征及24项生理生化指标,鉴定其到属.分析研究以上菌株的聚磷效果、生理生化特性(PHB颗粒及异染颗粒染色、硝酸盐还原试验),4株菌中Q191还具有一定反硝化功能.测定Q16、Q191的24h多维生长曲线,了解生物量、培养液含磷量、pH值的动态变化,从多角度考察其吸磷放磷的全过程.研究pH对Q16、Q191作用的影响,发现其pH耐受范围为pH=6.0~10.0,适宜生长的pH和吸磷反应的最佳pH为中性微碱.对Q16、Q19、Q191、Q192进行复配,菌株间的复配并未能提高吸磷的效率.

Abstract:In this study,4 functional strains Q16,Q19,Q191 and Q192 with preferred phosphorus accumulation were isolated from the activated sludge in the actuating phase of SBR system and the dilution/blending method was found to obtain the better isolation of phosphate-accumulating organisms (PAOs). The PAOs were identified by morphological features as well as physiological and biochemical indicators. Studies on their phosphorus accumulation capability,physiological and biochemical features indicate that,Q191 has the capability of denitrifying. In order to test the process of phosphorus accumulation of Q16 and Q191,the 24 h growth curve,biomass,phosphorus concentration in the medium and pH value were investigated. Studies of the effect of pH on PAOs indicate that the tolerance range is 6.0-10.0,and the best pH for growth and phosphorus accumulation is neutral or a bit alkaline. The mixture of Q16,Q19,Q191,Q192 fails to improve the efficiency of phosphorus accumulation.
