共振激活介质的反射特性

摘    要:基于二能级原子系统的极化率理论,对共振激活介质界面的反常反射特性作了理论分析。以Nd:YAG激光介质为例,计算了界面的反射率R与入射激光波长(相对于原子线,中心的失谐量6)与场强AA的关·系曲线。在较低强度(AA~10~(-4))时,R与AA依然有关。

Reflectivity character of the resonance active medium
Abstract:An anomalous character of reflectivity of resonance active medium is analysed theoretically based on the treatment of nonlinear optical susceptibility of two level atomic system. The calculation curves of the relationship between B and A A* and B and 5 (A is the amplitude of the electric field of the laser beam, while 5 is the dimensionless detuning of center line of the atomic system about the’center frequency e0)) are obtained for the laser active medium as Nd: YAG crystal. It is shown that there is still dependence of B on A A* even at very low intensity of AA4.*-10-4.
