| Abstract: | In order to control engineering cost in reasonable scope and in authorized cost quota, many aspects such as executing tender and bid system, shortening engineering time limit, valuing the appraisal and work of claim indemnity of construction site and so on are clarified to accomplish the aim of economizing invest and improving economy benefit. |
