| Abstract: | Author firmly believes that ideal innovation is the Key of sustainable development of enterprises.The innovations of operational idea,system and organization must emphatically grasped.The managing innovation is the road enterprise must follow or take.Enterprise must put foothold on establishment of modern managing model,satisfactorily grasp technical and cultural innovations,establish learning-style organization.And several innovating principles must foollowed were pointed out in this paper. |
