| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,The National System of Innovation Thought has become an important theory framework in the study of the influence of innovation on economic increase. The economists represented by C. Freeman and R. Nelson have improved the National System of Innovation Thought in their respective domains. And great achievements have been made in the application of national innovation system approach among OECD members. The National System of Innovation Thought offer us a theoretical guide in improving the state's National System of Innovation.[ |
