摘    要:简要分析了一类非线性传感器的输出特性,在此基础上,运用最佳一致逼近理论,导出了线性度和量程之间的关系式,并进行了实例计算和MATLAB仿真,同时与传统方法所得结果做了比较。结果表明,当输入值相对变化量为0.1时,非线性误差由原来的10%降为1.25%;而当非线性误差给定为1%时,输入的相对变化量由0.01增加为0.08,即量程是原来的8倍。

Abstract:The output characteristic of the nonlinear sensor was analyzed simply, The new expression of linearity and measuring range was pushed out based on the best uniform approximation theory. The example calculated and the MATLAB simulation were carded out, It is shows that the nonlinear error is decreased from 10 % to 1.25 % when the input varies is 0.1, at the meantime, the input varies is increased from 0,01 to 0.08 when the nonlinear error is 0,1, and the measuring range can increase 8 times, So the new expression is more reasonable and more precise by compared with the result obtained on the traditional method, The certain guidance is provided for using and designing this class of non-linearity sensor.
