摘    要:用填粉式堆焊方法制造耐磨复合钢板,研制了专用的堆焊设备,测定了堆焊电流和填粉量对堆焊层稀率的影响并对耐磨复合层进行了磨损试验,结果表明:采用填粉堆焊复合方法制造耐磨复合钢板是一种实用可行的方法,其熔敷效率比管丝堆焊提高近1.5倍,在加粉量一定时稀释率随堆焊电流增加呈上升趋势,填粉量对稀释率影响也较大,增加填粉量有利于降低衡释率,耐磨复合钢板有良好耐磨性,其相对磨损量比T10钢淬火+回火高5.5倍,。耐磨复合钢板使用方便,可以切割、向内卷圈、拼焊。

Abstract:Alloy powder adding welding method was used to develop the composite wear resistant plates Special equipment was developed in the study The relationship between the rate of dilution and the welding currents and powder adding amount was studied The results showed that the manufacture of wear resistant composite plate with powder adding method was a practical process, which had higher deposition coefficient of 1 5 times than alloy cored wire method The rate of dilution increased with the welding currents under the constant adding amount of powder The rate of dilution was also affected by adding amount of powder Incerasing the adding amount of powder was propitious to decrease the rate of dilution The wear resistant composite plate has good wear resistance which is 5 5 times higher than T7 tool steel It is easy to cut, weld, roll, and fabricate
