均匀设计法优化漫反射全息摄影技术条件的实验研究

摘    要:利用均匀设计法,研究三维全息摄影过程中曝光时间、显影时间、参光与物光的夹角、物体与干板的距离等对全息图像质量的影响。结果显示:对于漫反射较弱的瓷质类物体(如瓷瓶等)的全息摄影,参考光与物光夹角、曝光时间、显影时间对结果影响不大,而对物体与全息干板的距离则有较高的要求;对于漫反射较强的金属类物体(如硬币等)的全息摄影,参考光与物光夹角、物体与干板的距离对结果影响不大,但曝光时间和显影时间相互的制约关系却成为实验是否成功的关键因素。

Experimental Research on Uniform Design-Based Optimization Conditions of Diffuse Holography

Abstract:The diffuse reflection holography with holographic dry plate was used to make the hologram in this study. It can display three-dimensional image of the object by exposing, developing, fixing and stopping technologies. Uniform design with 4 investigated factors was investigated to optimize the parameters of the holography, including exposing time, developing time, the angle between object lights and reference lights, and the distance between objects and dry plates. The result shows that the object lights, reference lights angle, exposing time, and developing time have little effects on the results within the experimental parameter range for the holographic vases, while the distance should be within 10 cm. However, exposing time and developing time are very important for the holographic coins.
