基于SolidWorks的液压支架四连杆机构变参数化仿真分析

摘    要:采用SolidWorks 2009软件建立了液压支架的3D模型,并使用Motion仿真功能研究了四连杆机构的运动特性.通过对连杆变参数进行仿真,找出了前后连杆的最佳尺寸,同时也分析出顶梁在升降过程中的合理操作方法,可为液压支架的设计提供参考.

Abstract:SolidWorks 2009 is used to build 3D model of the hydraulic support,and the motion performance of the four-bar linkage is studied with simulation function of motion.The optimum dimensions of the front and the rear bar is obtained by changing parameter values of the linkage during simulation.In the meantime,a reasonable way of manipulating the lifting and falling of the top beam is proposed.The study offers references for the design of the hydraulic support.
