| 摘 要： | 自动机在机枪设计中占据着核心地位。在分析了某型机枪自动机运动和受力特点的基础上，通过一定的简化，利用Pro/E和ADAMS建立了该机枪自动机的26个刚体的虚拟样机模型。选取枪机框速度和位移为校验指标，将仿真结果与试验结果对比，验证了仿真分析的可信性。通过仿真获得了自动机的动力学特性，并研究了部分结构参数对机枪自动机动力学特性的影响。研究结果证明了将虚拟样机技术引进自动武器研制领域的可行性及优越性，为进一步的仿真及自动机结构优化奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The automatic mechanism plays an important role in the design of machine gun.On the basis of analyzing the motions and forces of the automatic mechanism of a machine gun,by means of a certain simplification,the virtual prototype model composed of 26 rigid bodies of the automatic mechanism was established by use of Pro/E and ADAMS.Taking displacement and velocity of blot frame as verification index,compared simulation results with experimental data,the credibility of dynamic simulation analysis was approved.... |
