淀粉类高吸水性树脂的研究进展

摘    要:高吸水性树脂是目前发展最快的功能高分子材料之一。美国、西欧和日本是主要的生产和消费地区。我国在这方面起步较晚 ,但是也取得了一定的进展。与当前主流产品丙烯酸类相比 ,淀粉来源丰富 ,价格低廉 ,可生物降解 ,是目前研究的重点。该文从淀粉一元和多元接枝共聚乙烯类单体角度综述了淀粉类高吸水性树脂的合成方法和应用 ,并指出了今后我国淀粉类高吸水性树脂的合成应该向以变性淀粉为原料、多元接枝共聚和制备复合型树脂的方向发展。

Abstract:Superabsorbent is one of the fastest developing functional polymers.USA,Europe and Japan are the main producers and consumers.Our country's research in this field started later,but progress has been made.Compared with the mainstream products prepared from acrylic acid,using starch as raw material to produce superabsorbents is being accentuated,for starch is abundant,cheap and biodegradable.Progress in the synthesis,including the graft copolymerization of single monomers and multi-monomers which comprise ethylenic monomers on starch,and application of starch superabsorbent polymers were reviewed.Some new trends in their development such as the use of modified starch as raw material,multi-monomers grafting on starch and preparation of complex superabsorbents were also described in this paper.
