机械密封环过盈联接的有限元分析

摘    要:根据扭矩平衡原理推导了过盈量计算公式,建立了机械密封环过盈联接的有限元模型,利用ANSYS分析软件求解密封环内部各节点的应力分布情况,并与传统厚壁圆筒理论计算方法进行了比较.结果表明,有限元方法能准确计算出过盈联接零件的应力分布,结果更符合实际状况.

Abstract:The formula of interference capacity of mechanical seal was deduced based on the principle of torque equilibration.The finite element model of interference fit of mechanical seal ring was established,the stress distribution within the nodes of the seal ring was calculated by ANSYS software,and was compared with the result calculated by traditional thick-walled cylinder theory.The result indicates that finite element analysis method can calculate the stress distribution of interference fit parts more accurat...
