基于GPS操作算子技术的表面粗糙度评定方法

摘    要:针对传统的表面粗糙度评定方法的突出问题,阐述了基于新一代GPS标准体系平台的表面粗糙度操作算子技术评定过程,分析研究了规范评定过程和各项操作的要求;在此基础上进一步探讨了提高表面粗糙度评定精度的表面轮廓的频带划分方法,着重分析了滤波操作算子技术和两种滤波算法。

Abstract:In terms of the outstanding problems existing in the traditional judgment method for roughness,the judging process of surface roughness operators technology based on the new GPS system was explained,and the specific judgment process and demand of every operation were studied.On the base of this study,methods of partitioning surface profile according to frequency transmission,which improved the accuracy of judging surface roughness,was discussed.Furthermore,the filter operator technology and two kinds of filter arithmetic were analyzed.
