铝熔体内夹杂物电磁分离效果研究

摘    要:研究了在交变磁场作用下电源功率、净化时间、不同管径等参数对Al-24%Si过共晶合金净化效果的影响。结果表明:随着电源功率的加大、净化时间的加长和管径的减小,净化效果逐渐变佳;处于工作线圈端口的铝熔体发生了末端效应;被分离出去的初生硅会在分离器壁合并,并逐渐向铝熔体内长大,这种长大机制影响了净化效果。当管径为10mm,电源功率为10kW时,这种长大机制得到了抑制,并在30s时得到了较佳净化效果。

Abstract:The effect of parameters, electrical source power, purification time and pipe radius on the purification efficiency of Al-24%Si hypereutectic alloy was investigated in an alternating magnetic field. The purification effect was better when the electrical source power was higher, the purification time was longer and the piper radius of the separator was thinner. The end effect occurred in the Al-melt of work-coils end. The separated primary Si particles incorporated at the separator pipe wall, and grew up into the Al-melt, which affected the purification effect ; but it was constrained when the diameter of separator pipe was 10 rnm and the power was 10 kW. The optimal effect was achieved when the acting time was 30 s.
