| 摘 要： | 以乳酸和十六醇为原料,硫酸氢钾为催化剂,苯作带水剂,用直接酯化法合成了化妆品中乳化剂乳酸十六醇酯。并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱图(1HNMR)以及质谱(MS)对产物进行了表征,确定了目标产物的结构。

| Abstract: | Using potassium bisulphate as catalyst and benzene as co-boiling reagent, the emulsifier hexadecyl lactate used for cosmetics was synthesized via direct esterifiaction of lactic acid and hexadecanol. The structure of objective product was confirmed by characterization with Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and mass spectrometer (MS). |
