铜基合金模具在深拉伸不锈钢器皿中的应用

本文简述了铁基合金模具拉制不锈钢器皿,易使器皿表面产生划痕、破损率高,难于抛光,模具的耐用度低等弊端;同时用铜基合金模具和铁基合金模具在深拉伸不锈钢水壶的生产中做了对此拉伸.拉伸统计的数据表明,使用铜基合金拉伸不锈钢器皿,对克服器皿表面划痕、减少破损率、提高模具耐用度、降低产品成本等均取得了明鲜效果.最后,作者又进行了一些粗浅的理论分析.

The Utilization of Copper-base Alloy Die for Deep Stretch of Stainless-steel Utensils

This paper describes the abuses of ferrous-base alloy die during stretching stainless steel household utensils.They are the easy abrasion on the surface of household utensiles,high rate of damage,difficult to polish,lower durable degree of die etc.The contrast experiment by using copper-base alloy tie to ferrous-base alloy tie is done by drawing stainless steel kettles.According to statistics of stretch,the utilization of copperbase alloy die for stretching stainless steel kettles can obviously avoid the abrasion on the surface of household utensiles,decrease the rate of damage and product cost,increase the durable degree of die.Finally,the theoretical analyses are done in brief.
