竹纤维素的结构表征

摘    要:对纺织用竹纤维、黏胶用竹浆粕、造纸用竹浆粕、高级竹浆粕进行物化性能分析,并对其结构进行表征。显微镜观察显示,竹纤维纵向表面有竹节,相比纺织用竹纤维光滑的表面,竹浆粕呈现明显的微纤结构;由X-衍射(WAXD)分析结果可知,纺织用竹纤维结晶属于典型的纤维素Ⅰ,内部具有完善的微纤结构,结晶度和晶粒尺寸均明显高于三种竹浆粕,主要原因是分子间具有更强的氢键作用。

Abstract:With regard to bamboo fiber for weaving,bamboo pulp for rayon spinning,bamboo pulp for paper making and high-level bamboo pulp—were used in the present study.The basic physic-chemical properties of the fibers were analyzed and the structure was characterized.The photographs of microscope show that the longitudinal surface of bamboo fibers has bamboo sticks.Compared with bamboo fiber for weaving which has much smoother surface,the microfibrillar structure on the longitudinal surface for 3 bamboo pulp fibers can be observed.The results of wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) show that the crystallite of bamboo fiber for weaving is typical of celluloseⅠ,perfect microfibrillar structure is within it.The crystallinity and crystal size of bamboo fiber for weaving are much higher than that of other 3 bamboo pulp fibers.The leading reason is that it has stronger hydrogenolysis among molecules.
