摘    要:兰德公司将企业的核心竞争力分为三个层次,即产品层、制度层、核心层.其中,核心层是最基础、最核心的部分,而企业文化是其中的重中之重.从企业文化的视角提出几点构筑企业核心能力的文化策略.

Abstract:Rand corporation divide an enterprises core competence into three partitions, that is, product level, system level and core level. Of which the core level is a basic and kernel while corporate culture is one of the most important matter in the core level. Suggestions about how to build and mould an enterprises core competence were presented in view of corporate culture in the paper.
