| 摘 要： | 根据2010年国家电网公司智能表更换工程的实施，近几年成武公司智能电能表的使用普及率已经达到了100%，单在实际运行过程中，用电信息采集系统常出现电能表信息采集率不高，通讯故障等问题，文章就其出现问题进行探索和研究。
