大容量高频变压器磁芯损耗特性分析及结构选择

摘    要:磁芯的选择对大容量高频变压器性能具有决定性影响。首先详细介绍了典型磁芯材料的高频损耗特性,包括性能特点比较、正弦激励下磁芯损耗计算方法、高频下典型磁芯材料的损耗对比以及应用效果比较。其次,详细介绍了典型磁芯结构的选择,包括单相磁芯结构的选择,比较了环型、CC型和EE型等典型单相磁芯结构的特点和应用场合。同时,介绍了三相磁芯结构的选择,利用CC型磁芯结构的组合构成三相使用的磁芯结构。对大容量高频变压器的磁芯选择进行系统的理论分析,可以为大容量高频变压器磁芯选型提供支持。

Abstract:The choice of magnetic core has a decisive influence on the performance of high-power high-frequency transformer. Firstly, in this article high frequency loss characteristics of typical core material was introduced, including their typical characteristics comparison, loss calculation method under sine excitation, constrast of core loss under high frequency sine excitation and comparison of application effect. Secondly, the choice of typical core structure was discussd, including choice of core structure of single phase, and the characteristics and application occasions of core structure types of annular, CC and EE compared. The choice of core structure of three phase and using the combination of CC type core structure to constitute core structure of three phase were introduced. The systematic theoretical analysis on core selection for high-power high frequency transformer provides technical support for core selection of large capacity and high frequency transformers.
