| 摘 要： | 针对商务部分在投标过程中的重要性,指出其在资格预审阶段和投标过程中的作用,对商务部分的编制进行了详细介绍,分析了编制过程中应注意协调的关系及注意的问题,指出商务人员应勤于学习和总结,从而为树立企业形象、提高编标水平做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | According to the importance of business part in bidding paper, it points out its effect in credentials inspection stage and bidding course, introduces the making of business part, analyses the coordinating relations and noticed problems in the course, points out that business man should devoted in studying and summarizing, so as to establish examples of enterprises and raise the level of making bidding. |
