对钻井工作的一个设想——用快速钻杆接头取代锥管螺纹接头

作者试图从改变钻杆连接方法出发,寻找解决钻杆上卸扣费时费力问题的新途径,设想把锥管螺纹传递扭矩、承受轴向载荷及密封等三项功能,分别改由螺旋面牙嵌、带有纵向切槽的梯形螺纹及密封胶囊承担,并用“磁牙”防止自动卸扣和用于倒转钻具。作者认为,改用这种快速钻杆接头之后,上卸扣所用时间和力矩仅为现有接头2％和0.5％左右,井口只需一人操作。

A Tentative Idea of Transforming the Mode of Drill String Connection

The author attempts to find a way to get rid of the trouble caused by time—consuming and strenuous screw on/out operation during string tripping by adopting a new approach for drill pipe connection. He assumes that the three functions of standard drill pipe connection—torque moment transmission, axial load supporting, and sealing——could be fulfilled bya combination of spiral jaws, trapezoidal threads with longitudinal slots, and an elastoplastic sealing pot while a particular" magnetic jaw" is provided to guard against accidental screwing out.
