| 摘 要： | 65Mn钢卷在冷轧前剥壳时产生断裂。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明：断裂是由于钢卷心部存在硬组织偏析带和较多MnS夹杂所致。

| Abstract: | 65Mn steel rolls were fractured in the process of decrustation before cold rolling.By means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the fracture reason was analyzed.The results showed that there were hard microstructure segregation band and MnS inclusion in the center of steel rolls,which led to the fracture of the steel roll. |
