微波辅助提取黑木耳多糖的研究

摘    要:研究采用微波辅助萃取技术提取黑木耳子实体中的黑木耳多糖.以黑木耳子实体为主要原料,通过微波辅助提取技术,以水作为提取溶剂,考察了微波辐射功率,微波辐射时间,浸提剂用量,浸提时间对多糖提取率的影响.确定的提取工艺条件微波功率700W,微波辐射时间40s,浸提剂40m/g,水浴浸提时间4.5h.微波辅助萃取法是一种提取黑木耳多糖的有效方法.

Abstract:A microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) method was studied for the extraction of polysaccharides. Auricular polysaccharides was extracted by microwave-assisted by water as the solvent. The experimental factors, such as microwave power, irradiation time, ration of solid to solvent and extraction time were optimized. The best conditions are as follows: microwave power is 700W, microwave irradiation time is 40s, solid to water ratio is 1 :40, water extraction time is 4. 5h. The microwave-assisted extraction method is fast, efficient, energysaving and highly-selective.
