家用空调冷媒泄漏保护控制程序的实验研究

摘    要:家用空调冷媒如果泄漏,机器还长时间运行,不仅对制冷性能产生影响,且严重危害压缩机和系统的寿命。本文介绍一种控制程序,在不更改现有空调系统的条件下,利用回风和蒸发器盘管的温度差,来判断系统是否冷媒泄漏,如果检测到冷媒泄漏到一定程度,该控制程序就会作出保护响应。通过相关机型的实验验证,显示该程序可以有效的保护压缩机和空调系统。

The Experiment Research on Refrigerant Leakage Protection Control Program of Household Air Conditioner
Abstract:When the household air conditioner runs for a long time at the condition of refrigerant leaking, it not only affects the performance of refrigeration, and also has serious damage to the compressor and life of the system. This paper introduces a control program. Without changing the existing condition of air conditioning system, it can judge whether the system is in the refrigerant leakage state by using the temperature difference between the return air and evaporator coil. When the system refrigerant leakage is detected, the control program will immediately protect the system. Through the relevant model experiment, the results show that the program can effectively protect the com-pressor and the air conditioning system.
