空调室外直流风机的无位置传感器启动方法

摘    要:因成本与可靠性方面的优势,目前空调室外直流风机多采用无位置传感器的驱动方式。其启动过程需要对直流风机进行定位与开环拖动。然而,室外风机在启动过程中受外界风的影响可能无法直接定位;此外,如果外界风力过大,直流风机启动过程可能会出现过电流故障。针对以上问题,本文提出了一种空调室外直流风机的启动方法。该方法可在启动前快速判定风机在外界风作用下的初始转速,并根据初始转速控制直流风机进入不同的动作模式,以确保直流风机的可靠启动。通过在不同的外界风速下直流风机的启动实验验证了方法的有效性。

Startup Method of Position-sensorless Control of Outdoor DC Fan Motor of Air-Conditioner
Abstract:Because of the advantages in cost and reliability, most of the air-conditioner outdoor DC fan motors are driven by sensor-less motor drive, which startup procedure needs positioning and open-loop speedup. However, under the influence of external wind, the outdoor fan motor may be unable to be positioned directly during its startup procedure. Furthermore, if external wind speed is too high, the DC fan motor may be suffered from overcurrent fault. To solve these problems, a novel air-conditioner outdoor DC fan motor startup method is proposed in this paper. By using this method, the initial fan motor speed can be determined rapidly before startup. And then the DC fan motor will be operated in different modes according to the initial speed value. As a result, reliable startup can be guaranteed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the DC fan motor startup experiments under different external wind speeds.
