| 摘 要： | 烟叶中烟草特有的亚硝胺（TSNA）已成为目前世界烟草研究的重点领域之一，笔者综述了近几十年来国内外有关烟草特有亚硝胺的研究进展，阐述了烟草特有亚硝胺的形成、危害及各种影响因素，分析了各种检测方法，并进一步对如何降低烟叶中的烟草特有亚硝胺作了详尽探讨。

| Abstract: | Studies of Tobacco-Specific Nitrosamines (TSNA)in tobacco leafs have been one of critical fields of to-bacco study in the world.This paper not only reviews the studies advances of Tobacco -Specific Ni-trosamines(TSNA),but also remarks its formation,harmfulness and interaction factors.All kinds of means of determination of TSNA are analysed.How to reduce TSNA content in tobacco leafs is also discussed. |
