| 摘 要： | 分析了厦门电业局供电服务区某个私营工业小区多年来一直存在的严重窃电现象,提出了对传统杆上计量装置在计量点的选择、计量装置本体设计和施工工艺等方面的技术改进方案,阐述了方案实施后的成效,并对存在的问题提出了对策。

| Abstract: | Electric energy has been badly stolen for a very long time by owners of a private industry area in an electrical service area of Xiamen electric power bureau.The paper provides improved plans for traditional measuring apparatus on tower, which include choosing measure points and designing measuring apparatus and construction technology. The effect is applied, and the paper also gives us constructive advices for current issues. |
