摘    要:以石蜡和微晶蜡为原料,在自制氧化反应装置上进行了催化氧化反应,经精制,皂化,萃取,重结晶等工艺制得三十烷醇纯品,并与从天然蜂蜡中提取的三十烷醇进行了对比,通过红外光谱加以定性分析。结果表明,在氧化温度155~160℃、氧化时间4~6 h 时,得到的氧化石蜡性质与天然蜂蜡相近,能替代天然蜂蜡来提取三十烷醇;皂化时间为5 h,NaOH-乙醇溶液浓度为2 mol/L 时的皂化效果较好,选择苯作溶剂从产物中分离提纯三十烷醇的效果较好;从氧化蜡中提取的三十烷醇与从蜂蜡中提取的三十烷醇的性质相近。

Abstract:1-Triacontanol was separated from paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax by oxidization,sa- ponification,extraction and recrystallization.The purified 1-triacontanol was compared with the one obtained from beeswax.The results indicated that the properties of the product are close to the one obtained from beeswax under the same conditions,i.e.,oxidation at 155-160℃ for 4-6 h.Saponi- fication with 2 mol/L NaOH-ethanol solution for 5 h and with benzene as solvent are suitable condi- tions for the separation of 1-triacontanol.
