大气等离子喷涂铝硅-聚苯酯涂层的工艺及性能研究

摘    要:利用大气等离子喷涂国产化铝硅-聚苯酯粉末,针对喷涂工艺对铝硅-聚苯酯粉末喷涂涂层的金相组织、硬度、热稳定性、结合强度等性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:国产化铝硅-聚苯酯粉末可满足喷涂工艺要求,通过调节工艺参数可实现涂层较好的组织分布及力学性能状态,保温50h后涂层硬度有所降低,后期趋于稳定。

Abstract:In this paper AlSi-polyester abradable coatings was prepared by air plasma spraying homeland powders. The effect of processing parameters on coatings properties such as microstructure, hardness, thermal stability and bonding strength were investigated. The results indicated that homeland powders can meet the requirements of air plasma spraying. Optimized microstructure and mechanical properties can be realized by adjusting processing parameters. In addition, coating hardness declined a little after exposure to heat treatment for 50 hours and tends to be stable later.
